    salam zarvan, believe me they are not failing and certainly not collapse. there are surely problems, but we shouldnt interpret it as collapse/failing. over time things will look better. there were problmes back then as well which was solved over time.

    Secularism is the only way forward. And this is the sickening part, they are very quick and effective to capture somebody who is accused of blasphemy, but they struggle to capture an alleged killer.

    Shia sunni is nto something new in Afghanistan, that is the second deadly disease in our body after ethnic tensions. The taliban have a history of masacring the shias in thousands and thousands and destroying their villages/cities. Nothig new here.

    The casualty has now reached to over 48 death and 100 injured. There has also been attacks on shias in Qandahar.
