You've to understand that the UAVs will have strings attached to them. That means expanding the WoT to other parts of Pakistan and also adhering to other US demands. Please try to take this into account.
Even if these are delivered free of charge, the Americans will expect the PA to resume and extend the WoT in other parts of Pakistan. 12 low end UAVs in exchange for adhering to US demands and blackmail being a good deal? Not worth it in my opinion.
What a mockery this is. We already have similar systems in our own inventory. The specs suggest that this is a low end UAV only meant for very limited reconnaissance missions. Pakistan is being taken for a ride. Time to reject this lousy offer.
Data for RQ-7A/B:
* Length 3.40 m (11 ft 2 in)
* Wingspan 3.89 m (12 ft 9 in) 4.27 m (14 ft)
* Height 0.91 m (3 ft 0 in)
* Weight max: 149 kg (328 lb); empty: 75 kg (165 lb) max: 170 kg (375 lb)
* Speed max: 204 km/h (110 knots); loiter: 130 km/h (70 knots) max: 194 km/h...
Very well said. In fact, the Falco looks much better than this Shadow UAV. This design looks more similar to Uqaab. I'm interested in the specs. This isn't high tech by any means.
You just cook some of that nasty pus of yours and don't interfere in matters you know nothing of. :victory: Prove me wrong. No matter what you say, I'm always right and you're always wrong and that's just the way it's always going to be. Also, there's nothing you can do about that LOLZ
US not to repeat mistake of leaving Pak alone: Gates
Updated at: 2300 PST, Thursday, January 21, 2010
ISLAMABAD: US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates says that United States will not repeat the past mistake of leaving Pakistan alone.
He said the US has learnt a lesson from leaving...
^^ We can only come to one conclusion which is that the survey carried out isn't representative of the views of all Afghans. Having said that, this poll or survey cannot be taken seriously.
You mean the same US that created the monster of Jihad and the Taliban in the first place? Get your facts right. Haven't you read about Gates apologizing for leaving Pakistan high and dry?
Who said 200 million? That's your imaginative figure. How about if we double or triple that amount? Hell, I frankly don't care. My point being, don't you try to make a nuke war something favourable as an outcome for India. A nuke war would equally be devastating for India. A handful of Indian...
The day that happens I'm sure we will see India becoming fractionally smaller in size and population. I'm not Houdini, but this isn't rocket science either. All these wet dream theories about snatching nukes bla bla are really beginning to tire me. Why not just actually do something about it...
Funny this is coming from someone whose own countrymen hold such values highly by discriminating against millions of underprivileged Dalits and other minorities. Very impressive to say the least. Of course, you being a professor in the field of freedom of expression know all about valuing public...
