If CM-400AKG really exists, then give source about its specification and some official source about its tests and jf-17 videos, flying with this missile under its belly. And don't come with the answer that it is classified data, because if it is really classified then from the hell you came to...

Going beyond 70:30 for indigenous development approach

Last week I attended my zillionth seminar on defence indigenisation and, for the zillionth time, found myself lamenting the Indian strategic community’s mistaken belief within that we would be largely self-reliant in defence if our current indigenisation ratio of 70:30 could be improved to...

I can completely understand 'OURS IS BETTER PHILOSOPHY' but I don't understand why illogical quotes like the one above. If Mig 29k fly 300 km away from the carrier, and if this is the place it meets jf-17, how can jf-17 fires missile without having target lock. Jf-17 can detect ships from 135...

Resentment building against DRDO, HAL for delay in induction of LCA Tejas

There lies the twist. Jf-17 is not combat ready. It has yet not perform all the flight measures like vertical loop, etc. Neither fired any BVR missiles yet today. Only dropped some unguided bombs and recently has fired WVR missiles.

Tejas not to be battle ready before 2015.

Only US is moving towards fifth gen. For every other country, fifth gen is a distance dream of atleast post 2025. And if I talk about our threat perception, we need to look at which aircraft PAF and PLAAF will be having. PAF will keep inducting Jf-17 till 2025, which means 250+ Jf-17. These...
