I agree with all your points except for 787 and maintenance part. As 787 is not fully mature and engineering department is performing greatly even saving some $$ and earning some $$ as well from maintenance of own and other airlines aircraft.

@airmarshal Bro I know 787 is fuel efficient however its not completely matured since from its first flight till now it is facing issues. Now Airlines are canceling its orders or putting existing orders on hold.
