I have been hearing from my elders in past couple of days that they have never seen such a high water level in rivers in kashmir.Jehlum has breached the bund at many places also in srinagar.And it is worst in Jammu province(chenab).So i think Pakistan should prepare for the floods.

Come on man,the flood water in Kashmir is overflowing from jehlum river and it is 10 feet above danger mark,ofcourse this water will spillover into Pakistan.I don't see any delibrate attempt by India to cause floods in Pakistan,atleast for now.By the way there are around 150 casualties in J&K...
