Theresa May 'would go to war' to defend the sovereignty of Gibraltar

I don't know if it's self sustaining but it's more of a question of sovereignty, Gibraltar has been British for centuries and it's residents are happy as such. I doubt a war with Spain over it would happen, and if it does it won't last long.

Theresa May 'would go to war' to defend the sovereignty of Gibraltar

The people there are culturally if not ethnically British, I've never heard of any sort of agitation from Gibraltar wanting to leave the union, they are happy to be British, just like the Falkland Islanders. If the imperial argument was true then Spain should give up the Canary Islands and its...

UK Landlord Bans 'Colored People' From Renting Properties Due to 'Curry Smell'

Now that his actions are out in the open, people should boycott his property, maybe then he'll have to resort to allowing coloureds in . But best way to deal with issues like this is to hurt them in the pockets.

Croydon asylum boy assault: Up to 20 people watched attack

Ah yes sad thing to hear I agree, they probably thought someone who was foreign, a "freshie", would be an easier target. That is true tbf, you never know what could happen, I'm not denying that there are racists in London, just in my personal experience I've never seen it happen on any serious...

Croydon asylum boy assault: Up to 20 people watched attack

Are we sure this isn't just the standard sort of YOB crime that happens here, and an asylum seeker just happened to get in the middle of it? Asylum seekers do take part in the gang culture here too. I've lived in the U.K. All my life and I'm south Asian and I've never dealt with any sort of...

Croydon asylum boy assault: Up to 20 people watched attack

I live in Croydon, some areas are completely diverse but there are still areas where seeing ethnic minorities (well except those working in takeaways and corner shops) are a rare sight. However, racial tensions here are very uncommon, the only example I can think of in the last decade or so was...

Indian Court grants Himalayan glaciers status of 'living entities'

It sounds funny to us, but it's an enivironmental policy which I think will have positive outcomes.

African students hospitalized in roving mob attacks in India

If there was a thread about discrimination in Bangladesh, I would condemn the events in place. But you've chose to completely ignore the event, and then make a strangely eugenics sounding gene comment in a thread about a racist attack. I'll say it now, the situation for Biharis and Chittagong...

Bangladesh mission in Islamabad observed Genocide Day

Shivaji didn't technically invade the Mughal empire either, he was a leader who arose out of the confusion of the Mughal invasion of the Deccan, same as how Isa Khan arose as a leader out of the confusion of the wars between the Sher Shah dynasty and Mughal dynasty. The Mughal Empire was not any...

Bangladesh mission in Islamabad observed Genocide Day

Do you have any proof that any of the Muslims I named were Munafiqs like the people you said just now, making Takfeer is a serious thing in Islam and it's not something you should do lightly. Look if your just going to spit Ad Hominem at him, at me or at anyone who can enjoy his literature than...
