@Tshering22 Thanks yaar. Btw. Do you know that the literacy rate of Arunachal was about 54% in 2001 and according to 2011 census, the literacy rate of arunachal is 66.95% which means more than 20% growth rate which is even better than your favourite modi's gujrat.:D
