I think in 2017 the estimate is a GDP of $246 billion for BD and $308 billion for Pakistan, giving the former a slightly lower GDP per capita. I dont think Bangladesh has actually overtaken Pakistan by GDP per capita now but inevitably will within a few years. It depends on the GDP base change...

I dont think Pakistan will reach 300 million unless the economy and development stays slow. Probably will peak around 270 million. It does have a relatively low population density compared to India but more desert as well.

Bangladesh is a far smaller and more homogenous country than Pakistan. It should've achieved this earlier anyways. BD will probably overtake India too in GDP per capita, it has good sustainable development going for it.
