Goddamnit! You guys haven't learned the power banning sporting teams has on the psyche of an entire population! Why have you not banned Karachi Kings from playing in PSL yet?
You don’t know the French well then. The ideology of Islam goes against their national ethos, it is a flashpoint and will continue to be so. The onus is on the immigrant to integrate or not come to France if it doesn’t hold up to the standards defined by Islam
Agreed to the religion part. Wire is a left mouthpiece, diametrically opposite to a republic TV. Thapar maybe a product of nepotism, but someone’s gotta ask them questions.
Sarcasm aside, I admire the Chinese governance model. Wish we had similar choices as well. It’s unfortunate that we can’t collaborate as that has taken away a lot of opportunities to learn from your successes.
i can guarantee that if you put that to vote here on the forum, there would be...
Just a few days back there was a thread on Indian soldiers complaining of the state of their transports. I think we need to realise that both the countries have over extended our resources because of not so clever foreign policy decisions over the last 70 years. Our troops pay the price. You can...
Haha, then why are there border disputes and why is China still contributing to one of the largest emigration (Chinese moving out of China) pools in the world?
Also the fact that Chinese are atheist, the Muslim world would not like that.

Hard to do this in democracies unless there is a pull from the language speakers themselves. India, which in my opinon is no benchmark for governance, follows this basic tenant of democracy (till now) and doesn't impose a particular language on all the people. You can witness the anger people...
Majority of people in China will speak Mandarin even if China absorbs a lot of neighbouring countries.

Wish every country was autocratic like China- invade, impose and imprison. Cultural homogeneity would be established more effectively without trying to go the more difficult route of learning a second language that enables people with different mother tongues to communicate with each other.
Like you said, the market for this is probably agricultural, hence the makers may have deliberately used the material to keep costs low. I consider that innovation.
You are grossly confused about the origin of the word Indian and how it got applied to native Americans. European companies in the age of colonialism were given names according to their geographic sphere of influence, that doesn’t explain how all brown people were called Indians as a derogatory...
