According to this informative article, the TS1400 engine is first being developed for the T625 Gökbey helicopter and can be...
So auto rotation is actually the key. Nice to learn something new, thanks @Icloo and @viva_zhao !
Anyway, not counting these, there were 168 aircraft/helicopters in the parade. Slightly, smaller than 3 September 2015. No JH-7s this time :-( but JL-9s instead :-)

I have not seen photo/film of the other three either.
Interesting shots, surely not taken over Beijing?? Looks like just after take-off somewhere.
Compared with LKJ86's post, which are quite high, but already (or still) in formation.
Nope, these are just two (786-064 and 786-066) of the three that were not yet stored at 309th AMARG. They are likely on their way to Tucson Arizona for storage.
Sometimes I see a Army Corps badge on an Aviation Corps aircraft, like this:

The aircraft has a V Army Corps badge. But the pilot wears a VII Army Aviation Squadron 'Scorpions' badge...
Agreed.
However, there are lots of aircraft preserved as monuments in parks, at schools and military establishments throughout Pakistan already!
Of course it would be simpler to have a big museum in every province instead of 300 loose single aircraft around the country for me to try and find... :-)
On with three FT-5.

This looks like it has been here for a while?
I think 7 even:
3 inducted 17 HAR3A (yellow), 18 HC4+ (crashed), 19 HC4+ (green)
2 for spares in Pakistan ZA295 (HC4+) and ZH545 (HAR3A)
2 for spares remain in stock in UK ZA296 and ZA299 (both HC4+)
Or am I misinformed?
So far, I have noted AW139 crews with patches of the following units:
82(CS)sq
84(CS)sq
88(CS)sq
In the process, their tasking is now referred to as 'Combat Support SQN' instead of Rescue SQN or SAR SQN.
