MoD of Pakistan has Jet Rangers under it. Untill new acquisitions are made , jet rangers would be fine. The PMSA would further benefit if the Coast Guard of Pakistan is assimilated into it. It would benefit in operations and manpower. Further avoid duplication of roles.
