The first batch of 055 involves only 4 ships. Those "#3 hulls" are grand blocks of the second 055 being built in each shipyard. Since hull module integration of the fourth 055 has been completed recently, you will find those "#3 hulls" are disappeared now.

2021 is going to make its maiden flight soon.
