It is understandable to post pictures of newly constructed/under construction roads/bridges, new policies, govt schemes etc but posting pics of traffic department officials fixing traffic signals, sanitation workers doing sanitation work.....wth? Isn't that what they're supposed to be doing??

I sure as hell hope he's right. PIA used to be the pride of Pakistan, many foreigners used to use it in 60s and 70s and PIA also helped start Qatar Airways, Gulf Air and Emirates which is the best airline in the world today but sadly because of our petty politics look where PIA is now.
