Only the governer can dissolve the assembly on the advice of the CM. Governor can delay the signature for 48 hrs only, after that assembly will be automatically dissolved.
Now that India has confirmed that it was a missile & they admitted their mistake, so everything will be hunky dory ? There will be no follow-up of this (militarily I mean) ??

Well, in that case Pakistan military should issue a list of cities which are worth defending so that us civilians should know where we stand in "Importance scale"
And motto of armed forces should be "Defender of important assets & big cities". Baqi sub apna apna dekh lein
