PS4 first restart and cut off over. Second restart is close. PS4 second restart and cut off over. Customer satellites injection commence. Injection over in a few minutes. Congrats. Mission accomplished.

Heat Shield off. Stage 3 completed. Vehicle coasting. PSLV can coast between Stage 3 and 4. Stage 4 normal. HysIS separated: There'll be two restarts of PS4 before the separation of other satellites. It'll take more than a hour from now.

Stage 2 normal. Note that this will be a bit longer mission than the GSLV.
