I think siachin is fully covered in snow all the year as my brother has served on haji post for several weeks few years back. It's some where else in India. And these radar pizzas are even not armed to take any challenge.
If the Europeans can't afford it then how could we do, Austrians are selling old ones to save 2 billion dollars of maintenance by buying new one. PAF would be mad of even looking at them.
105kn means it's 23625lbs of thrust. Which I think is not the case, as the Rd-33mk is the latest version of Rd series engine made with modern materials and is rated at max 98kn which comes out to be22000lbs of thrust and 4000 hrs of life span.
I never said thunder is Mirage based, but it's my assumption that the gifted Mirage may have been used to make some commonality in B model design. Don't be offended with any bodies idea, as every body here have some how made some assumptions
If some body remember PAF gifted a Mirage to China. It was not to be placed on a round about some where china. It's internal design and outer design specs to be used in thunder B design.
I said J-31 airframe being modified with Pakistani assistance as j-10b was modified on Pak request, changes were made dsi intake and horizontal stabilisers, ECM etc. I know Pak never opted for J10b due to engine refusal by Russia at that time. But later china offered us 18 free J10b if we buy...
Thanks for info, I read in some articals and forums that it's a F-4 phantom type chinese attempted copy aircraft. Engines provided by Roll Royce had no problem only acquiring it was a problem for many years due to tianaman square incident. A reverse engineered copy of engines was also a failed...
As far as Atak 129 decision had already been taken and 40 machines are on order and half may be more would be assembled in kaamra complex.
J-31 is due to come in PAF for sure either we have to install Rd-93ma or RD-33mk. Most probably Rd-33mk as it's rate at 98kn or 22000lbs of thrust with4000...
No problem in fantasising any type of aircraft, but for your knowledge JH-7A even never came into PAF consideration as it's a almost failed project due to non availablility of a suitable engine. And it's a loose copy of F4 phantom fighter. This type could have been viable only if was available...
I thinks it's a electronic warfare pod which has also a missile railing launcher, built in for air to air missile. Seen it first time. Comment appreciated with which type of pod is it.
Ive heard in an Air Force interview don't have it's video in my computer now. Air commodore Khalid stated that for sure. 144 single seaters and these 6 dual seaters to make 150 before Blk 3.
I agree those stripes should be there to complete the scheme, the white gives a bit emptiness. I know it's part if our flag scheme but too big area in white is not suiting it.
Mr NKVD I don't like to troll and write long stories, in short Tata is no aviation industry, my question is that where's the set up and where is skilled labour to assemble F-16 type aircraft under Tata supervision. If you hire Hal to do the job then it's a diff case.
And HAL is not available...
Total 6 dual seater are scheduled to be made for PAF and 144 single seaters which make 8 sqdns and one OCU of 6 dual seater before Blk 3 due to start in 2019.

Defence industries take decades to mature their technologies and soecially man power skills. Having sufficient money in hand doesn't get you to moon. They will hire the best minds on planet is easy to say. If that was the case why didn't you modify your Tejas with best minds on planet to...
