He is advocating that China could supply drones to India or Nigeria where US has denied it. He wants the obama admin to worry because Pakistan is using armed drone but he has no knowledge about the tech being used by India or Israel or matter of fact Chinese.

I can understand that but what the author lacks is knowledge of Global politics. So much for his credibility.
