And here is a K-15 launch:
And here is a K4 launch:
Compare all of these.I am sure you'd understand the difference! besides K15 does leave atmosphere and hence a air breathing...
I did not claim such a thing for the booster.I was talking about the main rocket that fires when the booster has been separated by pyro-bolts. Of course to provide pitch and yaw during the time booster is still intact,tail fins are actuated. But I highly doubt if K-15 doesnt employ flex nozzles...
Hi dear @Shaheen Missile
That is again a wrong proposition. The nose cap on K-15 is not to "turn" and "stabilize" the missile. Also K-15 does have thrust vectoring in the form of rocket nozzle being mounted on a sensitive servomechanism just like India's other long range missiles like...
It is not wise to call others noobs especially when that other person is way above your educational qualifications. Also note,no one is defending anything,Please understand one thing and that is--unlike your country pakistan,India is much more transparent when it comes to defence research.We...
Hi my dear friend!
So,how many aerospace projects have you actually worked one?You must have a decent knowledge! Anyways,lets get some facts straight,shall we?
1) A cruise missile utilizing solid rocket motor for primary propulsion will be far more heavy than a cruise...
Hi!
I thought I should correct this,K-15 is no brahmos! In fact both are entirely different with no similarity what so ever! I am amused as to how you even claimed such a thing. I will briefly explain why both are entirely different-
1) Brahmos is a liquid fueled ramjet missile with range...
@DESERT FIGHTER
Thanks for tagging me! Congrats if it indeed was achieved through indigenous research. I only wish they were a little more transparent with their R&D efforts thats all!
This is the most recent image.
India's very own indigenous ATAGS under advanced engineering trials. Some of the advanced features of this gun are,
1)all electric drive
2)chamber capacity of 25L as against 23L found in similar calibred foreign guns.
3)a range of 45kms with base bleed ammunition...
@ssethii
Ofcourse ofcourse,that's the reason why it was me calling names and using inappropriate language,wasn't I? You sure are very good at reading.
Secondly I never claimed it to be impossible, read my post again,I merely used the word "very difficult"
@MastanKhan
So you're talking of a kamikaze type attack? You should have specified that at the very beginning. And lastly your frustration is QUITE VISIBLE I must say! I dont believe in the concept of religion so for me heaven and hell are pretty much meaningless,but that...
My dear @MastanKhan
Firstly we must understand the typical engagement scenarios of a conventional heavy weight torpedo. I dont think any existing conventionally propelled torpedo has a range in excess of 50kms(the number of such heavy weight torpedos is very...
Again,since politics is not my subject,wont touch it. As for what Pakistanis think, it's something one has no control over. Lately I've reduced the frequency of comments because I came to realize that a lot of members not only buy fanboy/conspiracy theories but also believe in them. And I'm not...
@Oscar
Oh,so it is extremism that drives military budget ,I mean I never knew that? Anyways,I would refrain from touching upon subjects I do not have command over. As for the budget though,In spite of what I personally wish,will only increase if and only if approved by the finance...
Hi dear @MastanKhan
I am not sure if should really comment on this one or not.But I wonder sometimes when educated pakistanis living abroad make such sweeping generalization about "christians" killing "muslims".You make it sound as if entire US army is...
