This is a group called "Jaish al-Thuwar" or "JAT" they are basically traitors to the FSA and their cause, but they continue to use the FSA flag. This group allied with the YPG/PKK to form the SDF. These traitors even wanted to form a military council for Idlib, their plan was to invade Idlib...
