I am a mallu Hindu...and I have no problem cooking, serving or consuming cow meat. That being said, I highly doubt if anyone in kerala really goes around asking if the beef is cow meat or Buffalo. Most people just don't care enough and it's an irrelevant topic. Love for beef rules.
