Any air to air missile can shoot a tanker, awacs, A380.... if it can take a fighter ! You "just" have to enter in the proper range, and in the case of such a slow moving target it is higher than for an agile fighter (No Escape Zone far bigger for an awacs than for a 9G fighter).

Russian S300, 350 and 400, as Turkish ones, are surrounded by medium, short and very short range SAM and 30mm guns. Russian is THE master in term of SAM. But despite that, some very precious bridges were hit. So don't dream about a so called most potent turkish weaponery.
