Thankfully Pakistani society treats women with the respect they deserve. Objectification and sexual harassment has been wiped out and on those rare occasions it happens it's been proven to be done by Indians. Also rapes never happen but when they do its RAW or sometimes Mossad at work.

Violence should only ever be used if there's an immediate threat/danger and it should be proportionate to that threat. Beating up a group of people already in custody who pose no threat is inexcusable.
Amendments to it? The Constitution was written a long time ago and has been amended many times and one bit repealed. It's an imperfect document that reflects a changing society.

It had serious consequences for further German military operations. In many respects it was a disaster. That being said the Allies made massive mistakes.
