That's a different argument; record is not available yet IK produced two receipts. The memo of the CMA refers to the record as example(s), not as money trail. The purpose is to point out a money trail that existed so obviously judges will raise questions.

Unfortunately what he said is true, there are only two receipts that show direct transactions. The idea apparently is to see if IK was in position to buy the said flat.

The arguments presented are entirely new. Written submissions per se is a summary of already presented arguments; summary is one thing and arguments based on different ground is another. I don't think SC will value any new addition, CMA looks more an application and less a written submission.
