Lol!
For this to happen they'll have to go to Allah almighty first. So did anyone ask her when would they leave? I don't mean to wish death to anybody, disclaimer.
During the hearing, the court also put forth an inquiry regarding the Azizia Steel Mills in Jeddah.
The focus remained on how money received from the sale of the mills was transferred to Pakistan.
"One aspect of the case is concerned with money laundering. The accusation is that the amount was...
So far Sharifs haven't submitted any record of transaction shown in their tax returns.
Defense counsel today contended that matters related to income tax were beyond the jurisdiction of the court, also contented that it was his client's right to conceal his bank statements. However the court...
How transfer of companies is officially related to UK? Nescoll & Nielsen are registered with BVI authorities, not with UK authorities. two entirely different jurisdictions. Instead of wasting everyone's time by producing forged private agreement between him and Al Thanis, Hussain should directly...
@Farah Sohail @PakSword Did Bukhari in his arguments refer to Justice Bandiyal's judgement surfaced lately? Judgement rules that a candidate also has to reveal status of being a trustee, on very same ground PTI lawmaker Rai Hassan Nawaz was declared disqualified for misdeclaration. As per Maryam...
Whoever gets the judgment in his favor, the judgement for sure will have dissenting note(s).
Justice Azmat is a very smart judge, he never stops grilling the lawyers. Justice Gulzar is not talkative, he has a very good record being judge at high court of Sindh.
IMO justice Khosa, justice Ejaz...
Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed alias pakora-philic judge.
Justice Asif Khosa while giving nightmares to counsel and his client.

Seems like the cat has got Justice Ejaz Afzal's tongue.
Argument of the day "apply article 66 to PM's speech in parliament and you'll find no contradiction" :haha:
Article 248 won't earn defense counsel anything, same is true for article 19.
So, five & half days and all we have technicalities. RIP to merit.
PM didn't lie, none of his statements made on the floor of the house is contradictory. His address to the nation and parliament was general in nature, things were omitted because the forums were not legal. PM can't be disqualified for telling lies or contradictory statements, article 66 insures...
For judges like Naseem Shah, Rafiq Tarar, Saeed-u-zaman siddiqui, Qayum, Farrukh Irfan etc the job is as easy as cutting butter. Technical justice is not something unheard of. Anyway, my posts had to do with two judges only, Justices Azmat and Ejaz Afzal.
Without IK's petition SR's petition is...
Bud, lets not fool ourselves. Jab janabe wazir e azam ne jaan bhoojh ker koi ghalti ke nahi tau kahan ke sangeen nataij kaise sangeen nataij? Aur waise bhi Article 66 kahan koi karwai kerne ke ejazat deta hy? I am quoting none but Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan himself.
Banda pochay wakeel mosoof see...
Justice Azmat hinting defense not to waste energy on Gulf steel, Panamagate case is based on contradictions in statements made by PM. Justice Ejaz Afzal did rest of the job by bringing article 66 into limelight.
True, he's leaving no stone unturned to defend NS & progeny, he's a de facto defense counsel on a judge's chair. I think defense counsel, Makhdoom sb, will not take plea based on Art. 66, plea would mean acceptance that PM lied in parliament.
Justice Ejaz Afzal today ran out of questions and observations. His one of few observations that "Masomana ghalti ko adalat nazarandaz ker sakti hy" stole the show. @PakSword @Farah Sohail @Doordie
