I think the reason is we've a lot of Uni's in fact most of the top of the line uni's, schools and colleges are in Lahore and naturally that will attract elite to it. I mean Kinnaird, LSE, Beacon house etc they're known to be the epicenter of burgers/elite :P but that doesn't mean all of them...

You're somewhat right this poison wasn't there at least on internet for Lahoris in 2013-14 it suddenly gained momentum in 2016-17 and after 2018 GE's when PTI didn't got much seats from Lahore it seemed like flood gates were opened against Lahoris. I mean it's fine as long as jokes are harmless...

This is just one of the reasons why i avoid and always requests people to not engage in this kind of discussions because than it goes a very very long way buddy and there will almost be no end to this. I see them as Indians you know as our neighbours but as a fellow people in faith i pray Allah...
