Pakistan's Own hypersonic engine Designed by Dr.Shoaib

Dr.Sohaib is proudly sharing all of these "allegedly dodgy" articles himself so he clearly has no qualms with the dodgy content.

Pakistan's Own hypersonic engine Designed by Dr.Shoaib

I feel it's a symptom of the downward dive of our nation. In reality nobody actually cares about science or engineering. The people are just so beat down, desperate, and intellectually bankrupt that you can give them any good-sounding lie and they eat it up like anything. The sense of optimism...

Pakistan's Own hypersonic engine Designed by Dr.Shoaib

I've worked on some scramjet projects as a controls engineer (so I'm not a propulsion engineer) but that experience taught me how ridiculously difficult it is to maintain supersonic combustion. It may be that this guy has single handedly done what nations like the USA are struggling with but I...

    Pakistan Turbojet Engine NTJ-V1

Yes, I do remember. However, as you know I have little faith in AvRID but some faith in GIDS. So I suspect this will survive. This is probably an attempt to reverse engineer an existing turbojet for domestic production and use - maybe you can use your skills to see which model exactly. Yes...

PAC Releases Specifications of It's HSTD

Typical mentality of putting the horse before the cart. Yes, it might be useful to retain human resource but you do these things after you've gotten the fundamentals right. No engineer is going go sacrifice their career by working at a place with no future just because they have a daycare and a...

Turkiye's Minister of National Defense Guler: Agreement with Pakistan for KAAN is about to be signed

So the PAF certainly wants a less Chinese JF17 if you know what I mean. Their trial run for a block 4 is going to be trying systems on overhauled block 1 and 2. They have approached Turkey for this and Turkey is willing to talk. But in typical Pakistani fashion this pakistan push comes in fits...

Turkish Deputy Minister of National Defence: "We will be discussing with our Pakistani counterparts to officially include Pakistan in our jet program"

Not even NSTP. Turkish Aerospace Pakistan, which happens to be currently located in NSTP, is doing these things. NOT NASTP. This slide is a blatant blatant lie.

Featured PAF Center of Artificial Intelligence and Computing

They are high on their on product. Basically. They have started to believe that they are superior beings in every walk of life.

National Aerospace Science and Technology Park Launched

Long time no see. My thoughts on the topic are spread out on various threads - I am too lazy to rehash them here. But to put it concisely, the best case its the usual incompetence of putting the cart before the horse; the worst case is that this is a huge scam to employ exPAF guys and waste...

    Pakistan Turkey Defence Production Updates

And did you "carefully read" everything else that I wrote? Also it's a stretch to arrive at RV from "munitions and missiles". For example an air-to-air missile is not an RV. Furthermore, that supersonic windtunnel at IST is a demonstration wind tunnel for students, nothing more. So I'm not...

    Pakistan Turkey Defence Production Updates

Not really. I went to IST and have operated this wind tunnel. It's test section is the size of my fist. It's a purely an educational tool. I couldn't find any mention of RV in your link. Furthermore, TUSAS has a lot of wind tunnels that are much better equipped than the ones that DESTO has...

PAF's New air Launched Munition called Kagem V3 show in NASTP promo

You are spot on. NASTP is a scam of a generation. The amount of money that they are sinking on this to make buildings and give hundreds of retired PAF officers jobs is crazy. But we are to believe that this will be a "game changer", because the babus said the word game changer. Give me a break.

The day that KAAN will fly

Kardesim, you seem to think that I was implying that Kaan was an F-35 copy or something. I can assure you that I was not; I was responding to the members that were saying it looked most like the F-22. Trust me when I say this that I am probably one of the last people on this forum who you will...

The day that KAAN will fly

Kaan resembles the F-35 WAY more than the F-22. Kaan looks like a bigger, twin-engined F-35. Look at the horizontal tail, vertical tail, aileron+flap, leading-edge flap, everything is similar to F-35 and very different from F-22.

    Pakistan UAVs News & Discussions

So you've told this story several times here and some of the things you say don't mesh with what I think I know. Perhaps we can reach a suitable narrative of what actually happened. Firstly, I'm 99% sure you're talking about Raja Sabri of ID. Now some facts: 1. Raja Sabri worked for SUPARCO...

A very likely explanation. I hope that you are right. I don't know the facts on the ground, I am only guessing.

    Pakistan UAVs News & Discussions

This drone has specifications more comparable to the Anka. PAF going for TB2 is downvote for Shahpar-2 (on which I've done a deep dive on). But I HOPE that this is because the Shahpar 2, wasn't ready in the shape that was needed by the PAF. So TB2 is a stopgap. BUT something going against TB2...
