Haider al-Abadi, Iraq’s Prime Minister, has confirmed that the Iraqi military is forming plans to cross it’s border with Syria in an effort to combat terrorism. The move comes in the wake of Turkish military aggression on...
Remember 2013.
Turkey works on, agrees on and facilitates PKK 'withdrawal' from Turkey to Iraq. To then blame Iraq for PKK presence is something.

Sinjar is actually out of scope as no intervention will take place there...
The wiki map got updated changing Sinjar area into full ISF controlled

The threatening has been positive for Baghdad
The emergence of YBS was the absence of ISF and Pesh, Pesh fled when IS attacked Sinjar in late 2014. These are local units, therefor militarily combatting them is of no use as they melt back in the local populace and will conduct guerila warfare if it's a foreign force occupying them. Baghdad...
PKK goes to YPG controlled Syria after leaving Sinjar, or local recruits return to civilian life. There won't be a Sinjar operation, it is under ISF control and there's no reason, desire or planning for Turkey to clash with ISF. The threatening however caused Baghdad to make a move on Sinjar...
Kurds hate Iraq, Iraq feeds Kurds of Iraq. As for feelings, personally years ago I used to be very angry and emotional about all of this on defence.pk as some may remember with my different accounts but it is too consuming and draining, no longer do I care.
Was a Kurd for years (Babakir Zebari) but recently replaced by an Arab.
Kurdish influence has been decreasing recently, until lately the finance minister was a Kurd who stole billions of dollars
President position reserved for Kurd (useless position)
Prime minister reserved for Shia Arab
Parliament speaker reserved for Sunni Arab
KRG oil trade revenue didnt go to the central gov, but things changed after October 2017.
US won't let ISF cut KRG from YPG as the US uses this entry point to aid the SDF/YPG.
Sinjar is irrelevant in this as ISF dominates there, they can impose harsher control easily. Qandil is the matter in question.
Point i'm trying to make is that the enclave in Sinjar where there is YBS/PKK presence is one that does not alter the situation to Turkey in any way with or without regards to Qandil as right next door in Syria the PKK/YPG rules a large area of land. This means that if Sinjar entirely is...
YBS presence there but ultimately under ISF control. Though I don't see the issue of that enclave having YBS or PKK for that matter given that they cannot reach Qandil as ISF is between that.
Sinjar is not under KRG anymore. No PKK in Sinjar, a remnant of YBS militia remained who are under Baghdad command.
It's stated by ministry of defense that there's no military activity in Sinjar and that it's under ISF control.
