Many developing countries use real time monitoring and data driven policy decisions to drive efficiency in public sector administration. The investment on the dashboard will pay for itself in terms of more efficient aid distribution for the public. :agree:
PM Shehbaz has rejected the dashboard because it required manual entry of data while the expectation was for the PM to have a real time information feed. This shows that the PM is an able administrator who knows what he wants and does not let shoddy work get a pass. The blame here is on the IT...
