whenever any discussion is going on about india's defence program, chinese are keep saying watch poverty, see the farmers commit suicide, look the malnutrition......... don't you think, its india's look out and not yours?

i agree that to remove poverty is govt.'s duty but it is also the govt's duty to protect the country, its the first duty rather, IMO. so if india develops missiles, keep watching the programs and don't talk much about her poverty.
