Thats the logic after all! For which merciful God allow beheading, chopping, amputations, floging, stonning? If he does, he is cruel! It means he is no God. Period.

If an all-powerful and perfectly good, kind, merciful god exists, then evil does not. There is evil in the world. Therefore, god does not exist.
