As a personn of syrian origin, i can say that when assad will fall there will be dramatic consequence for the iranian presence in syria.
I predict a very very hard backlash against iranians, and their interest.

Iran are persecuting the minorities who btw are majority in their area, sunni baluch, kurds, turkmen, arabs. But dont worry they will soon revolt and expel the persian chauvinist from their area
There is nearly 60 000 officers from the rank of captain to the rank of general in the syria armed forces

Assad regime is on the collapse, major cities are all but paralysed, the crops are beeing burned by the regime militia, the oil production has nearly stopped, no tourism, no transportation...even the schools and university are closed.
