Yes, I agree with you in totality. One cannot call those guys real Muslims. They are probably just born in Islam, but never probably followed the same with sincerety.
I will agree with you that India did want to "cut Pakistan into half" for whatever good or bad reason and achieved the same at an opportune time. I do not believe there was any bigger objective.
However, some how I cannot understand the picture of India starting a war to "give Pakisthan such...
OK. However there are people of both tha nationalities who are hell bent on just spitting verbal venom on the other country. Such people are definitely not of "My Kind". Let us ignore them.
I tend to disagree with you please. I feel that was not India's objective. My reasons for disagreement are:
1. India released thousands of Pakistani POWs after the war
2. MB was asking IA to hand over the captured PA people to them. India did not do it.
Yes, you do need a strong leader, unbiased leader and some time to recover. Such a person is not easy to find in the current situation wherein accusations and counter accusations are flying left right and center, and its not easy who to trust and who not to.
You should also improve...
We in India do perceive the threat for real. Taliban have proclaimed their enimity on India openly. Only a few hundred kilometers and PA are between them and India. How can you say this is paranoia?
I understand this is a Pakisthani forum, but I nevertheless request Pakistanis to consider the...
Ask your conscience if you are justified in making such remarks. Taleban, which is active in SWAT is a real threat to India as well. The blessing in disguise for India is that Pakistan itself is a big enough military power capable of takeing the Taliban on. However the way things are going...
Dagerous signals indeed. However, Russia can do the following IMO...
1. Outsource the manufacturing to countries like India and China, pay them manufacturing cost+reasonable profit. Russia to sell the products directly.
2. Sell IPR of the technology to countries like India and China and take...
India may have been in a postion to "occupy" west Pakisthan in 1971. But did it have the capability to govern the same? No. Never.
Pakisthan is not a piece of Land. Its many Million of people (I do not know how many Million was it in 1971). They are also the people who separated from India...
Hmmm... Its already decided, and the decision has been agreed to by many countries. The Haves will continue to have them, and Not haves never will get to have them.
Thats what the bloody CTBT says.
This is how the Haves want to make their advantage permanent. When Rajiv Gandhi proposed an...
The reply is as bad as the first letter. A baseless counter accusation on another baseless accusation. I wish you people had ignored it.
Basially I do not understand why the letter is published in Pak media in the first place. I never saw anything constructive in the letter anyway (I do not...
Little confused here. Israel has given India the "All weather eye" here, and not the otherway round. Means - Isareal already has this technology.
Then I do not get the real reason for Iran's apprahension.
It cannot be about the launch vehicle also. Israel already has this technology. Even...
Thanks, but I could not get anything on the type of a satellite (Geo-stationary or otherwise), or Apogee/Peregee ranges for typical spy satellites. Am I missing something?
See what India does and does not is no reason for Pakisthan to do something.
IMO, Pakisthan anyway needs a spy satellite. You have real trouble in the porus westren neighbourhood, and you do not trust the eastren neighbourhood. Enough reason.
In general, spy satellites are low earth satelites, and are not Geo Stationary. Since they pass each given location several times a day, they more or less capture everything that is required.
Low earth satellites relatively have lesser life, and need complex technology to maintain in order.
I think some third party (May be USA, or even China) through Back Channel Diplomacy should have explained the command and control structures in place inside Pakisthan that the Nukes cannt be misused.
Though many of you are adamenat in not believing, the fact remains that there is no...
Yes and No.
Yes because it is people who elect the govt., and influence the policies. Even the elections are fairly fair.
No because some politicians do get to exploit the model as many people in many constituencies are illeterate and are unable to realize what is good for them in the long...
