Libya: Qaddhafi Violates Ceasefire, Foreign Forces Mount Attack

Do you think the killing would stop if the US, the British, the French, the Canadians, the Danish, the Italians, and the Arab League did nothing? Or would the killing get worse as Ka-Daffy massacred his own people? If you hate the US, do not take it out on the people of Libya who oppose a...

Libya: Qaddhafi Violates Ceasefire, Foreign Forces Mount Attack

The Egyptian military did not conduct military operations against the protesters in Cairo and other Egyptian cities. There was no reason to attack Egypt because the Egyptian military acted responsibly. Do you understand?

    ATTACK ON LIBYA BEGINS

I met General Ham in Mosul in 2004(?) when he commanded a Stryker brigade. He only had one star then. He was very determined, professional and very respectful of others' cultures and religions. I would not want to be the target of his forces.

    ATTACK ON LIBYA BEGINS

A Libyan military spokesman claimed that 48 people, "mostly women, children, and religious clerics," were killed in the missile attacks which targeted "schools, hospitals, and mosques." He even managed to keep a straight face as he read it. Then they showed "victims" of the cruise missile...

Turkey declines to inspect Iranian cargo

Of course Turkey will not inspect Iranian shipments. That way, they can claim "We didn't know!" when Iran ships weapons to destabilize other countries.

Libya: Qaddhafi Violates Ceasefire, Foreign Forces Mount Attack

I just heard Ka-Daffy on the television. He is crazy!

Libya: Qaddhafi Violates Ceasefire, Foreign Forces Mount Attack

This is so much crap. Ka-Daffy is a murderous madman intent on killing his countrymen. Why is it that the Tunisian revolution was an action of the people, the Egyptian revolution was an action of the people, but the Libyan revolution is an action of the CIA/Mossad/"oil hungry western countries?"

Libya: Qaddhafi Violates Ceasefire, Foreign Forces Mount Attack

We can vote for our leaders now for better or for worse. The "hundred (sic) of thousand of Iraqy (sic) civilians" were mostly killed by other Iraqis using stupid religious reasons as an excuse. If you don't know anything about Iraq other than what leftists and extremists tell you, then shut up.

Libya: Qaddhafi Violates Ceasefire, Foreign Forces Mount Attack

Maybe I do not understand the situation. The uprising in Tunisia reflected the will of the Tunisian people, right? The uprising in Egypt reflected the will of the Egyptian people, right? But the uprising in Libya reflects the will of the United States and Israel? I beg your pardon, but that...

Libya: Qaddhafi Violates Ceasefire, Foreign Forces Mount Attack

The US did not give anything to the protesters. Libyan military units that refused to fire on civilians joined the protests. Ka-Daffy may have been doing well, but his people were not seeing that money. I suppose you are fine with Muslims dying at the hands of Muslims? Nevermind, you do...

US steps up pressure on Pakistan to release American diplomat

Raymond Davis is free and back in the United States. As for him being a murderer, in the United States they have trials before they declare someone guilty of murder and call for his execution based on press reports. I suppose in Pakistan they have trials as a formality before they execute...

Why America is hated in the Middle-east?

I believe Admiral Mullen should watch television a bit more assiduously. I bet your pardon for my bluntness, but that is so much crap.

Indian-American woman captains US warship to India

Untrue to a point. Officers must be US citizens, but non-citizens can enlist. US Military Enlistment Standards -- Citizenship In order to join the US Military, you must either be a US citizen, or you must be a legal permanent immigrant, physically living in the United States, with a green...

Pak Gives 34 planes to 3 Arab states

Jordan gave 100 Spartan APCs to Iraq. They were excess to Jordanian needs, and we needed pretty much everything.

Terror groups may take advantage of unrest in Mideast: USA

I see the Chinese have shown up for the anti-American hate fest. Please remember that the Arab League requested a "no-fly" zone over Libya. Personally, I think the Americans should insist that Arab League members be full partners in any "no-fly zone" action taken, including the suppression...

Rand recommends arming B-1 with Patriot/SM-2 missiles to engage China threa

Rand is a "think tank" and not part of the US government. They are making recommendations based on their analysis of a possible conflict. One thing I have read about the long-range missile capability is that the F-22A will soon have the capability to provide targeting information to missiles...

    Developments in Bahrain: Fighting Ensues

Even having seen at first hand the consequences of Muslim internecine violence, as a Christian I find it hard to understand. Are the differences between Sunni and Shia so great that one cannot suffer the other to live or share power?

    Iran's indigenous self-propelled howitzer unveiled

May peace be upon us both, Cyrus. I look forward to the time when the remaining American forces can leave Iraq, but I appreciate the fact that they did not leave us defenseless immediately after the 2003 invasion. In the meantime, Iran does not need to help Iraq become free of the United...
