well its her choice....she was born and brought up in UK and have lived most of her life in that country...Pakistanis have done quite well in UK, so perhaps that has more influence on her views rather than the biased view anyone living in India or Pakistan would have about each other's countries.
yes, high oil prices will heat the economies of major oil importing countries for short to medium term but it will be a disastrous condition for oil exporting countries as there will be more push and investment to replace oil with renewable energy and other source of energy....already electric...
