China has very little incentive to attack India, if any. Yes there are disputes, but today's China has integrated itself well-into the world order both politically and economically and would not go so far as to launch a pre-emptive strike on India.

I don't see how this would lead to a superweapon then. EMP and Nuclear bombs suffice for the time-being.
