I'm guessing we may receive similar treatment to the Australians if we don't backtrack in the form of tariffs and boycotts of New Zealand exports to China. It's very unlikely this coalition government will back down on the Taiwan issue, but they may soften their language.

Tem's an extended family member of mine. Great to see Jake 'the muss' taking over the galaxy again; clone troopers, 1st gen storm-troopers and of course Boba Fett were all clones of Jango Fett.
We'll have to disagree on that. Given the highly centralized planning and control of the Chinese economy, there only remains the illusion of capitalism. For the last 5-7 years there has been a tightening of state control over all sectors of the economy.
Communism as it is practiced is much more...
I sort of agree with you. But in some aspects the modern Chinese state is repeating the behavior and policies of the Soviet Union. One aspect of the Soviet Communists which was the key driver of the cold war was the desire for Marx's goal of world revolution.
The Soviet state could not rest...
It's a food venture designed for diabetics but will appeal to anyone who wants to have zero-sugar low-GI versions of popular snacks. I've been working on the product range for 5-6 years now, I'm starting small here in New Zealand first then plan to begin entering overseas markets after 2-3...
Good advice. I know the value of doing, I started a business while I was doing my under-grad and graduate business studies. I put what I learned into practice as I learned it.
Every paper I have selected is relevant to the new venture I am launching. Most of these papers are strategy related...
@fitpOsitive @Jazzbot, I want to thank you both for making me aware of these amazing opportunities for extended learning. I have planned for approximately 25 courses over the next few years, all of which are relevant to my long term business plans. I hope there is a way of returning the favor...
I'm looking though edx's courses, there are so many choices I'm interested in. This is going to be a long term thing fo me, there is so much I want to learn.
I paid $83US for a verified certificate, some of the other courses I'll go with the free options.
The standard of the course so far is outstanding, it is Harvard after all. I did my BBS and graduate dip online here in New Zealand years ago, so I'm used to this type of learning.
We can already see governments starting the strategic process of diversifying supply chains by moving production away from China. The Japanese government has already allocated $US 2.2 billion in subsidies to Japanese companies to move production back from China.
The decoupling of US...
PCT patent applications are almost entirely worthless, there's no such thing as an international patent. I've been over this with an IP lawyer concerning a specialized piece of equipment I want to commission for a start-up venture.
I was advised to take a different approach to relying on...
The news article isn't about PPE though, it's about faulty Chinese test kits. You can't just use faulty test kits and think 'oh it's better than nothing'.
Let me guess, you didn't even bother watching the clip before posting.
