No way. Half of Bulgarian MIG-29s are UBs and they have fighter role, but are modernized.

Excuse me, they were built. They don't have radar until modernized further tho.

Well, India is one of the primary customers of Bulgarian products, so that's not a surprise. Most of our products are Soviet-era weapons with several upgrades, just like BTR with additional smokegrenades slots, and others.
