I was in Islamabad and Lahore for a fortnight last month. Enjoyed Islamabad, did not like Lahore. I am sure your idea of "advancement" and "development" is very relative to your past. Visit Karachi to know what it truly means.

For the record, I have been to Lahore, Islamabad, and well Bahawalpur is my ancestral town (I am not a cow, nor an Aryan ;) ) Hence, I can tell you Karachi is the most women-friendly. Seriously, no one stares here, Lahore mein tau poora x-ray vision hota hai.
