Those decisions should be made by a judge and not the prosecutor. The judge should convict Zardari if there is evidence to do so and if he feels the sentence imposed has already been served, the judgement should reflect that.

Is there anything in the verdict that is wrong? Is there any mistake of law or fact? Is Nawaz Sharif not guilty according to you? If Nawaz really believes he is innocent he should return and file an appeal.
