I doubt it will help much. Since JF-17 is JV b/t PAC and Chengdu, but J-11 series are at Shengyang. Maybe the new avionics and material from J-11B could help enhance JF-17, that's about it.

China will not sell J-11B (domesticated Su-27 w/ upgraded airframes and avionics) to irritate Russia.
