They have attacked the major capability of PN which were PC3 Orion Aircrafts used for air to ground / water surviliance.

America has already lost its war in Afghanistan and its economy is in mess due to these wars. So in these circumstances America will think 10 times before attacking Pakistan as it will have to face China. While US is heavily borrowed from China it will not do any thing against the China's ambitions.
