My best friends elder brother was a scientist in DRDO.. he left it to pursue his MTECH from IIT Kanpur.. he looked really frustrated the last time when i met him.. that was couple of years ago.. now the cond seems to have nosedived furthur.. :(

i think DRDO should be broken down into verticals.. too much nepotism and internal politics is killing the organization..

LOL.. DRDO isn't an IT company where coders come and go.. The stuffs they work on, experience is GOLD !!

They are leaving coz they are graduates from top IITs/NITs/State colleges and their reporting managers are diploma holders recruited in early 90s .. PERIOD. I have been to many "corners" of bangalore trust me !! The real estate prices in Delhi and Mumbai are much cheaper than Bangalore...
