There are khalistani gurudwaras in Canada. Go to the Malton gurdwara in Canada. You can see Khalistani flags all over the place. But, as I said thats only 2-5% of the total sikh population.

There are only sikhs, no such thing as Khalistani sikhs. Some Sikhs support formation for Khalistan. But don`t get too excited. They are less than 2% of the total population. I am a sikh who studied in a very religious Sikh school, most Sikhs don`t consider Khalistan a viable country.

In my view Indian foreign policy will remain the same. Modi could push India slightly towards China and other east asian countries.
