I haven't any good news come out your mouth about PTI, PML-N or any other party. MQM is a whole other side, since they support Musharraf. As for discussing PTI problems I have personally posted articles criticizing PTI and IK when he makes a mistake.

There is only way we could possibly workout the funds issue. If we can contribute 1 billion USD and possibly contribute by building partial parts in pakistan to bring down the total cost per plane. Eventually we would have to building it 100% under Pakistan kinda like a joint Jf-17.
