Well i was sharing my own experience which may differ to others. Every night club with most polish attendants had 3/4 bouncers because of more trouble while others night club had maximum two. Some of them did not even understand English which made it difficult to handle them

My first job in uk was bouncer on weeknd during study and they were the most trouble maker than any other drunk community :D and they also drink a lot but good thing about polish is that they are straight forward people..not two faced people and also hard working in doing physical demanding job...
