I don't get your point? Am I saying Chinese made the best tank in the world? What do you want to prove to me?
And there are some funny points in your statement. For one: "We had to do so many changes that it became funny". So you tell me why Pakistan chose to base it's AK on Chinese 90-II not...
We all know al-khalid was not developed from scratch. It's based on Chinese Type 90-II. No doubt it's a full transfer of technology from China to Pakistan. If Pakistan don't pay licence fee, what will China get from this so called Joint Venture?
It's really silly to say PA want to induct VT-4 because the AK-II they are now developing is too expensive... You can always downgraded some parts of the tank to make it cheaper. Please bear in mind that it's definitely not an economic way to develop two different MBT simultaneously and induct...
I agree with you on that. If PA is developing an upgraded version of Al Khalid, then it is ridiculous to buy another tank which is also based on Al Khalid (MBT-2000). The only reason I feel reasonable is that PA may have met some obstacle for developing its AK II and they want to get technical...
To say MBT-3000 is based on T-72 is like to say JF-17 is based on MIG-21. Besides, who said MBT-3000 is under powered? Who said it's engine has heating issues? Please stop to spread these crap unless you have proof to support your claim!!!
I know black smoke can give your position away. I just feel weird that you point it out as if it's a specific problem for Chinese tank when, as you can clearly see, the most expensive tank in the world also produce huge black smoke.
Are you crazy? What are you talking about? Mind you no one is discussing MRCA here... We are talking about a light fighter for a medium size country like Pakistan.
And Mig-21 has a combat radius of only 300km??? Go to check your data again!
So should I remind you, according to your compatriot, if a Mig 21 has combat radius of 300 Kms in clean configuration, your Tejas would be but a little better on internal fuel.

NANJING, May 22 (Xinhua) -- China's domestically made Beidou navigation system has set up a network in Pakistan, the first in a foreign country, the company said Thursday.
Beidou was co-developed by China...
Zimbabwe, the first to request to buy JF17, eventually made a choice between JF17 and L15, they chose L15. Because the latter is comparatively easier to operate, they might reconsider the need to import JF17 when their pocket is full.
