indians and their brilliance. lowest point is 31000km lol. cryogenic engine must have been built under russian supervision, that much is clear. it will stay less than 300km for several days in its perigee before it is slowly raised. i hope jf-17 kills it during that time. coward india which did...

i'm not talking about leo. go read about elliptical orbits first. the orbit distance to earth surface just before perigee is the closest and is a fertile ground for ASAT launch from JF-17.

Laugh all you can but the truth is copying from Russian cryogenic engine which was supplied and claiming it was Indigenous. The real credit goes to Russia. In any case, all your satellites will be useless in a war when JF-17 fires its ASAT weapon. Pakistan already knows how to level the playing...

If SUPARCO has the same amount of money as ISRO, we would be landing men on mars by now. So dont feel so smart after copying Russian cryogenic engines and calling it Indigneous. Calling China copy-cat but you are the ones who are copying!!!

The whole rocket weighs 414,000kgs but it can only only carry 2 tonnes. LOLOL In any case, JF-17 can perform anti-satellite role as well, don't forget that. In a war, all your satellites are juicy targets for the Thunder! All your communications and spy sats will be knocked out by the JF-17...

Advantages of JF-17/FC-1 in BAF versus other Aircrafts

Often we see statements of BAF going for Su-30, MiG-29, Gripen, F-16 or J-10. But it pains me to see my brothers going down the wrong path. All these fighters have some fundamental disadvantages as far as BAF is concerned. The only fighter which is a perfect fit for Bangladesh is the JF-17...

JH-7A - The future answer to the LCA Tejas

With LCA Tejas fast approaching FOC, China will eventually have to answer this growing threat it faces in its borders, and the perfect answer it has is the JH-7A. AJH-7A is a Multi-Role Fighter Bomber which can match the Tejas in maneuverability and dogfights as the Tejas is a below average jet...

11 things you didn't know about India's LCA fighter jet

everything is foreign in this junk aircraft. they are still comparing this to 1950's mig-21 speaks for itself. also after every landing lca has to change its entire landing gear because it is an use and throw landing gear. in war time they will be changing landing gear instead of fighting.

JF-17 Thunder Multirole Fighter [Thread 5]

what on God's earth is that???? :hitwall: Not only is it too close to the canopy, it looks outright fugly! Did paf hire a latrine pipe plumber to hammer it on the side of the plane? dammit! is this what I have been waiting for the past 2 years??? :hitwall:

JF-17 Thunder in Dubai Air Show 2013.

Disappointing and boring. All it did were maneuvers the Romanian Airforce did with their Mig-21s when I was in radom 2 months back. I need a beer to pull myself together.

LCA MK2 a disaster waiting to happen!

JF-17 is a success story. That is more than what I can say for the failed project LCA. LCA is a joke for the world community. A jet which every one in the world should spit at. LCA should be covered by the spit of every one in this world. That's how shameful and stupid of a project it is.
