Please let's not get lost in the fantasies of the likes of @Zarvan
Neither of their daddys (US or China) will fund such toys, a SQN of these would consume almost the entire annual CAPEX of the ENTIRE Pak mil.
No money, no honey.
I asked you to provide them to me but thanks for reccomending Google, I hadn't thought of that.
YAWN, I thought we could have a serious discussion based on objective facts, not rake up the same tired cliches and spew the typical propoganda.
I'm asking for objective criteria that can be used...
Have to say, I like the IN's working uniform most of all- the most suited to working conditions on navy ships plus the addition of reflective strips across the torso and ankles increases the safety features for the crew.
No doubt about it! Outside of the US (with their F22), it is the best fighter money can buy and it is goign to transform the way the IAF's functions across the board, not just from an operational perspective.
Data please, what kind of availability rates do each type in the PAF offer?
IAF has recently signed Performance Based Logistics (PBL) agreements for the Su-30MKI fleet, Rafales and in future LCA guaranteeing a minimum of 75% "up time" in peacetime and >90% in wartime. The transport fleet has...
Both episodes were SO dull, what a disappointment. Most of the time sat around talking and talking basics, nothing new was shown in either episode!
I guess the fact that they filmed at the SFTS (SF training school) and not an operational unit means there wasn't much too show or that they could...
Now THAT is what I wanted to see, the Viky and the MiG-29K are modest steps India is taking towards building a true carrier force but operating alongside the world's undisputed KING of carrier aviation is only going to ease the process and help build operational capacity and expertise in pursuit...
Nope, some countries will send their instructors and dedicated teams for specific events, others will send operational units with little preperation for the specific events.
Of course the value of propoganda enters into such things.
Doesn't surprise me, communists in general crave such validation and seek opportunities to generate propoganda for their domestic audience. Wouldn't surprise me if the teams they sent were their very best and had trained for these specific drills for years/months.
There's little real...

TATRA have nothing to do with it.
By the way, this is Mahindra's product for the same...
I wish that was the case :D
Nope, the Garuds have a different reason; apparently it is because the Garud unit is so small that their teams are split across multiple operational deployments and only come together to train or take part in these kind of public events hence having different combat...
Nice :D

What looks like an under-development TEL from OFB (VRDE site):
@Water Car Engineer @acetophenol
Not at all, the Rudra is a new system and is now in production and will be deployed to bases all over India, this deployment was always going to happen. The media is predictably spinning this in sensationalist ways...
