Pakistan gets modern weapons from China on finance terms, however still keeps USA happy with Chinese investing in Pakistan in billions of USD and gets a bailout through sending ordinance on cargo aircraft. And Chinese have no issue whatsoever with their financial incentives on modern weapons...
