I do not think so. A diesel generator of 125 KVA is just roughly around 3 meter x 1.5 meters roughly. which can be easily mounted on truck. The system can have one powerhouse truck with several miniaturized generators in parallel.
So we receive 1.6 billion, out of which 63% goes only to Bhutan, we know that a large chunk goes to Afghanistan as well. so if few millions are left do you think our USD 54 billion military budget depends upon it ? It won't even make 1% of it :lol:

It is a failed project. The only purpose it serve is Bail out money for SL and keeping them in our court. Other than that I do not think there is any commercial value of doing it.
